- Byrd Seed: father/son tandems roam community rewarding random people with prizes for doing everyday good deeds
AUGUST 2012 – MAY 2013
- Louder than Words: father/son tandems post positive stories and good deeds they have witnessed (or done themselves) on Jairus Byrd's "Louder Than Words" Facebook page
- Mike Bunkley reaches out to fathers with words of encouragement Mike is the former Chaplain for the Carolina Panthers who is currently doing bible studies for current and retired NFL players.
JULY 2012 - AUGUST 2012
- Father/Son Outreach: Father/son tandems serve community by participating in specific church volunteer and outreach programs
SEPTEMBER 2012 – DECEMBER 2012
- Byrd Nest: Opportunity to receive two Buffalo Bills game tickets (one for father, one for son). Tickets are not guaranteed to every program participant and will be based on availability. All participants will have an equal opportunity to receive tickets, which will be explained at Kickoff Luncheon/Dinner.
- Legacy Blog: Exclusive access to Jairus and Gill's monthly blogs on father and son relationships (Gill's from a father's perspective, Jairus' from a son's perspective)
- Program participants will be required to read and comment on each monthly blog

- Live online chat with Jairus and Gill Byrd
- Exclusive open Q&A focused on father/son relationships exclusively for program participants

- Exclusive Legacy Experience Football Camp with Jairus and Gill Byrd for all participants who have completed the full curriculum
- Award ceremony event for fathers and sons who have completed the year-long program
